QUESTIONS
Why should i book a professional wedding photographer?
Photographing weddings is my full-time job. I have over 18 years of experience recognising what will work and what will not for a particular venue, location or couple. I am used to putting people at ease when we photograph them and working with every different combination of lighting and setting that we could possibly encounter. I use the very latest professional equipment as well as carrying backup cameras and lenses and also bring along additional lighting should mother nature not co-operate on the day.
My ultimate goal is to make my clients look and feel their best in every photograph we take. One of the things I love most about photographing weddings is that it is a very personal thing. Each wedding is unique, with its own story to tell. I am privileged to be able to capture some of the most important moments in people’s lives.
If you are looking for a photographer who will take the time to get to know you and your wedding, who will work tirelessly to make sure that every photograph is perfect, then please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be delighted to hear from you.

Can I copy my wedding photos and back them up?
Backing up your digital wedding photos is essential for a few reasons. First, the digital images you get from your photographer are the only copies that exist of these precious moments in time. If something were to happen to these files–whether it be accidental deletion or file corruption–you would lose them forever. Second, cloud storage services such as Google Drive and Dropbox allow you to easily store and share your wedding photos with family members, friends, and even yourself across different devices. You can rest assured that no matter what device you use or where you go in life, you’ll always have access to your photos whenever you need them—as well as the ability to download them before the storage service expires. Lastly, having a backup copy of your photos ensures that if something were to happen to your photographer’s computer or business, your memories would be safe and readily available for future generations. By backing up your wedding photos, you’re not only protecting them from potential damage but also making sure they live on long after the big day is over!
Can I share my wedding photos?
Absolutely! One of the best parts of having digital wedding photos is being able to share them with family, friends, and loved ones. You can use social media, online photo sharing websites such as Flickr or SmugMug, and cloud storage options such as Google Drive or Dropbox to easily send your photos to others. If you’d like to print or frame some of your photos for home décor, you can order prints from most photofinishing services that offer a variety of sizes and materials. You can also download digital versions of your photos onto USB drives or external hard drives so you have a physical backup in case something were to happen to the originals. Finally, if you feel confident enough in digital imaging, you could even create a custom photo book with all your favorite wedding shots!
How big can I print my wedding photos?
When printing your wedding photos, you have to make sure the file size of the image is large enough for the desired print size. With a Nikon Z7 camera with 48 megapixels (MP), you can print your photos at sizes up to 24” x 36” at 300dpi without sacrificing any quality or even larger if viewed from a suitable distance. The higher quality printer settings such as fine art paper and archival inks will also help achieve better results for larger prints. Printing your images on canvas or metal are other great options that will bring out unique details from the photos. If you plan on displaying your prints, be sure to use acid-free matting and mounts to protect them from dust, air pollutants, and UV light exposure over time.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
The benefit of hiring a professional wedding photographer is that I have the equipment, knowledge, experience and skill to cope in absolutely any situation regardless of the weather. I may have to shoot indoors but in even the simplest venue it is still possible to create some lovely images.

Why wedding photography is expensive
Wedding photography can appear expensive but it’s because of the immense amount of time and energy it requires from the photographer. Capturing all the special moments of a couple’s big day involves hours of preparation, as well as combining artistic vision with technical expertise to create stunning, timeless images. Not to mention all the time that goes into post-production editing and retouching. In addition, wedding photographers need to be familiar with the latest industry trends and have the right equipment, insurance and other business costs that add up quickly. The end result is worth every penny due to the artistry and quality craftsmanship involved in this unique genre of photography.
How to tell if a wedding photographer is good?
Finding the right photographer for your wedding is a big decision; an experienced professional can help capture memories that will last a lifetime. To determine if a photographer is good, start by looking at their reviews and galleries of past work. Reading online reviews can give you an idea of what former clients think about their services and the quality of photos. Additionally, view the photographer’s past portfolio to get a glimpse of how they handle different wedding photography scenarios. Pay attention to the lighting, focus, composition, editing techniques and photo style used in the portfolio. Lastly, contact the photographer with any questions you may have before signing a contract – this will give you peace of mind knowing that your vision is well understood.
How to decide on the right wedding photographer?
When it comes to deciding on the right wedding photographer for your special day, there are several factors to consider. Do your research and look at their portfolio of work to get a sense of their style and approach. Find out if they have experience working with similar weddings in the past and if so, what level of expertise they bring. Consider price point – is it something you feel comfortable investing in? Don’t forget to check online reviews as well! Equally important is having rapport with the photographer – decide whether or not you got along well during the consultation meeting. Remember, you want a photographer who can capture your story perfectly! By taking these steps, you will be one step closer in finding the perfect wedding photographer for your big day.
. How Much Should You Budget For Professional Wedding Photography?
